The Judge operated outside of the good faith of the American people, the Constitution of the United States and the People of her direct constituency. I demand, backed by these signatures that the case against Ethan Couch be reviewed by the Supreme Court and the Justice Department and to have the case retried.
I also demand that Judge Jean Boyd be removed from office, disbarred, and investigated for other criminal activity relating to possible bribes and the influence of the wealthy accused over her past and present cases.
In accordance to US legal code, Texas legal code, and the good faith of the American people we demand that the lives lost and destroyed be represented clearly and fairly in court and that the person responsible be held accountable for his actions.
