The intolerance, racism and general confrontational nature of the Tea Party has been demonstrated at multiple levels. In addition, the Tea Party's position on women's rights, their total disregard for environmental laws and the rights of gay people, and their intolerance of the right to practice any religion or no religion, it is in the best interest of our country to designate this party as a Hate Group.
