Tim Stein is worthless and needs to be removed from the general population. He has absolutely nothing to offer humanity and is a complete drag on society. His continued presence on US soil is a continuing expense to the hours of police time pulling him over and not ticketing him due to his luck and his ability to talk himself out of trouble.
End the tyranny of this common buffoon and do away with him as would be done in a proper civilization seeing as how he's an expensive presence with nothing to offer in return.
