Have Tricare cover the cost of a breast pump rental or purchase for all nursing mothers like in the affordable care act.

Tircare only covers a breast pump for mothers of premie baby's that are still in the hospital. Under the affordable care act all mothers are given the choice to have a breast pump covered at no cost to them. Mothers of newborns covered under Tricare should be given the same benefit.
