Have union dues payable directly from the individual worker.

Currently union dues are deducted from paychecks and employers are invoiced for the amount. The Proposal is that unions invoice workers directly and independently collect.their dues. The Result would be a savings to the employer in administrative and banking costs and give choice to the employee as to whether they wish to pay.
