The Federal Drug War has been a disaster since first started by President Richard Nixon.(We know now how much we could trust his judgement.) The fact that Marijuana has many benefits to society as a whole. The fact that it is on any drug schedule is absurd, let alone on Schedule 1. The President doesn't have to wait for Congress to act, he just needs to grow some, & I don't mean marijuana. This can be done through the Executive Branch with no help from congress. What are you waiting for Mr. President, make this one of your lasting moments of clarity.
