Have the U.S. Attorney General Desegregate Schools in the Worst States for Separate Education.

Created by B.F. on March 28, 2014

The Civil Rights project of UCLA has found that the worst states for segregated schools in America are New York, Illinois, Michigan and California. This situation is intolerable in a society that values fairness and equality. All students in every state should have the same access to the same quality of education regardless of race, color or creed.

Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 empowers the U.S. Attorney General to file suits that encourage desegregation of public schools. This petition demands that justice be done immediately in the five states mentioned above by having the U.S. Attorney General take immediate action to force desegregation of public schools in these the worse states for segregated education in America.
