Please make it a rule on the website that all petitions must:
1) Have a reasonable, meaningful, and thought out purpose
2) affect the country as a whole
3) follow the rules laid out within the constitution
4) not be for a completely useless or dumb reason such as "remove so and so from the US" or "make the obama administration do the harlem shake"
5) make sense and correspond with current issues
Any petition that is in violation of these guidelines should be removed and forgotten.
