Russia's abominable stances on homosexuality and human rights make it an unfit nation to host the world's largest sporting event, the World Cup.
We, the undersigned, ask that the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), a nationally funded sporting organization, to state their dismay at the current situation in Russia and file a motion to change venues.
As a nation whose league, Major League Soccer, has stood by it's openly gay players, we, the undersigned, demand that the USSF file a motion with the world recognized football (soccer) body, FIFA, to request a change of venue on the grounds of Human Rights. No country should be fit to host the world if they are unwilling to accept all members of it within their society.
