When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. ... They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people. There is no way that Mexico can pay a wall like that so by declaring war and raiding there country side we can pay for that wall. Mexico's totally corrupt gov't looks horrible with El Chapo's escape—totally corrupt. U.S. paid them $3 billion. Wouldn't congress like that 3 billions back in your pockets. So Congress declare war on Mexico it will fix your pockets and our Problems.
