Veterans suffer from neglect and poor medical care at VA Hospitals. Homeless Veteran population grows. These men and women have sacrificed so that we can live safe, comfortable lives. They deserve homes, jobs and hassle-free VA health care. The VA should be taking care of our Veterans instead of sub-contracting their responsibility to QTC which results in a huge cost to the taxpayers and inadequate care of our Veterans. Current issues include: -Excessive waits to see doctors, -Denial or reduction of benefits, -Little or no long-term care, and -Inadequate mental health care. These and other issues have resulted in an increasing number of Veterans being imprisoned. Inadequate mental health care has created a growing number of suicides among Veterans. Immediate action is requested.
