Vice President Biden has often spoken brashly and with little knowledge of the facts at hand. His latest outburst in recommending women to fire shotgun blasts into the air to frighten off would-be attackers has made him a laughing stock, and encouraged dangerous and illegal behavior. To avoid further embarrassment to the country and to this Administration he should resign or be censored by the Senate in an attempt to significantly curb his public persona.
