Have welfare recipients give urine to test for drug usage as well as have service workers run drug tests without notice

The Welfare system is a good thing for those who cannot physically work but there are people who are making bank off of welfare, food stamps, and Obama-care, instead of getting a Job, making them take a urine test should be required so any drug users will not be eligible and the random drug tests should be administered to get rid of anyone who got past the first test. And the average worker has to have a drug test to pass to get a job why shouldn't welfare recipients have to pass on to get a check from the government
