Have welfare services come check on welfare recipients randomly to decrease the number of people being dishonest.

I've noticed that lots of people in the low class neighborhood that i live in are being very untruthful about thier incomes and marriage status. A woman will have a kid, and the husband will leave for a while, untill they get their welfare, then the husband will come home from working and stay for a while. Obviously the woman is lieing about being a single mother with no income. Lots of people do this, and it needs to stop. There are familys out there that really need the welfare and people are taking advantage of the system, not to mention taking advantage of the taxpayers that pay for all of the welfare.
