Why are the children out of school for 10 weeks? I have discovered that it was possibly due to a farm based education schedule. Why are we still holding on to a system that makes NO SENSE AT ALL?

1) Prevent summer learning loss.
2) Provide nutritional meals for children.
3) Less of a learning curve upon the return to school
after summer break.
DID YOU KNOW? Children would still get days out of school with the year round school, but it would not be so many at one time.
