Hawaiian Polynesian peoples should be recognized as a Native Tribe under Federal law.

With the taking of the Hawaiian Islands for state hood, no one has considered the effect on the Native peoples and lands of Hawaii.
The native Hawaiian would be the best steward and environmentalist in protecting and insuring the enjoyment of the island for all. But we now are having illegal land grabs and developments, of which some are being protected by State of Hawaii legal and political machine. If we don’t stop this now, we will have a very sad story that will always overshadow the Hawaiian Islands.
We all should be concerned and involved in saving this rich culture and lands for the Hawaiian Polynesian people the original peoples of Hawaii.
I ask the President to issue an executive order to recognize the Hawaiian Polynesian people as Native American tribe of Hawaii.
