Change the wording so that a 2 to 1 (2 experts 1 corporation) is always on any panel. No Bill or Law can be passed if the experts can not agree with the industry. This will also go for any and all groups or organization that have an active role in the government, included will be the FDA and all other factions that have influence over any subject.
