It is imperative that our country lives within its means, and properly describes what services will be provided by the taxes it requires of its citizens.
It is an embarrassment to our country, and our government that we are unable to properly pass a fiscal budget. I believe fiscal responsibility should be a larger priority in the current administration, and from what I understand, most Americans agree with me.
As I understand the government is currently in violation of the law in not passing a budget the last three years. I believe the current Budget Act should be amended to provide consequences for members of our government violating the law.
I would like more focus to be put on properly managing the financial future of the country, for ourselves, and our future generations.
