Heal America Act: Tax exemptions shall be given to any film or music industry entities/individuals who wish to fund government healthcare projects such as Free Clinics. Doctors and medical personnel who wish to donate their unpaid time to free health services shall also be allowed tax exemptions. Medical companies that donate medicine(s) would also be eligible for an exemption.
