Free and equal health care should be available to all our citizens. Currently, approximately 60 million Americans are without health care. A system will be created that will be run by a board of directors and overlooked by congress.
It will be funded through consolidating all health care programs from local to federal to cut bureaucratic cost.
By eliminating the costly insurance companies, more money will be available and both small and large companies will be major contributors.
A co-pay will be implemented to eliminate abuse.
It will give incentive and reward for better run health care, helping achieve and maintain high standards.
The health care program will compensate and promote pharmaceutical research, development, and subsidize the cost of training workers.
