I don't really understand why health insurance is an obligation to have it as of today and NOT having car insurance is not punishable as it should be. I've been involved in a car accident where it wasn't my fault and the police officer told me that the only reason he couldn't arrest the person who caused the accident is because his DL is current. He's got about 6 tickets thou but any of that money he is gonna pay to the system is gonna pay for my insurance deductible. I don't really get it and I think is unacceptable.
