Healthcare and college education should be free and a god-giving right and non-profit to better everyone in body & mind

I believe the healthcare and college education should be 100% free. Also it should be center around non-profit as much as possible. The possible effect having a lifestyle of this effect would be less debt on the people on both account. If everyone in America had to goto college just like from Elem,middle,high,then college 100% free with no add-on debt then the U.S. will have alot more people making better decision in life that would better everyone around them and for healthcare it shouldn't be as it or the future for it unless its 100% and greatly increase research to the human condition if it expected to have elderly population to have a cause and effect on future generation. We need to have healthcare to better everyone in the states without loads of debt on their backs
