healthcare at an earlier age

this petition is for the goverment too allow the american population to draw their social security benifits at a much lower age than the one that is now currently in place,the elderly or middle age person that need the help for diabilites such an blindness or hearing loss. Or even a 25% loss of either.this will allow the tax payer to front some if not all their medical expense. This could very easily be done with at least two board doctors in the field of care stateing the person medical need the money will insure the person can afford glasses hearing aids an monthly health care needs. this will cut down the goverment cost of provideing funds.
