Some states, as in Arkansas, a Healthcare Professional denies their patients primary care with a certified letter. Many patients are elderly, on medicaid, or have no insurance. Let a law be placed allowing those less fortunate to be treated without prejudice by a Healthcare Professional. And, any Healthcare Professional and or Staff member who denies care to a patient in need suffer suspension of their license and fined not less than the greatest of fines, as their actions are most definitely premeditated.
