We the people want the obama administration to, hear downstate Illinois voice, and make a new state line encompassing land north of Interstate I 80 and making it the state of Chicago. Downstate Illinois is tired of not having a voice. Downstate Illinoisans are tired of being governed by Chicago and their law makers. Chicago does not speak for downstate Illinois. We are tired of our tax dollars being sent to Chicago while the rest of Illinois suffers in poverty. By Chicago becoming their own entity, they can create and pass the laws that are best suited to their needs and problems, and not affect the good people of downstate Illinois. Springfield is the capital, but our state is ran by the Chicago machine. We the people want our state back.
