A Hearing to redetermine if the Fort Hood shooting on 11/5/09 was an act of terrorism or an act of war.

Created by D.B. on June 21, 2013

The shooting at Fort Hood in Killeen Texas on 11/05/09 by suspect Nidal Malik Hasan left 13 people dead and 30+ more injured. Some of these surviving men and women have lifelong disabilities from that attack. Federal agencies have classified the shooting as an act of workplace violence. The testimonies of many who witnessed the attack and evidence from the suspects email and other communications and the suspects personal ties strongly point to the cause being radical Islamic Jihadism and a willfull and deliberate act of terrorism. Because the shooting is not classified as an act of war or terrorism, the survivors have been denied wartime injury benefits. We The People Demand a Hearing with witness testimony and a Vote to Re-determine if the shooting at Fort Hood was an act of terrorism.
