WE THE PEOPLE claim the Right to defend every man, woman, and child from any battery by any government agents acting under color of law in any area, at any time, and hereby claim the Right to pardon the defendor from detention and trial even if the defendor results in taking the life of the assailtant. WE THE PEOPLE demand for every STATE to take notice of this petition and that no legislator shall in any way modify this to be construed in any way other then its clear unambiguous language here made. SHALL any legislator modify this petition or Right so claimed, WE THE PEOPLE claim the right to hold the legislator accountable to be charged at trial for Treason in an attempt to circumvent the Rights of the People.
