Tesla wants to build a plant in Germany, why not build factories in Ukraine? Particularly draw your attention to the city of Konotop, Sumy region. In our town there are 2 factories which employed thousands of workers before, it is "КЭМЗ" (electromechanical) and "Арматурный Завод" (Valve Plant). There is a third - repair diesel trains but the Turks bought. We have other plants but "КЭМЗ" was the biggest, and it does not work (100-200 workers only), the plant is waiting to have breathed into him a second life.
