I read an news article about removal of the comfort women statue.
The Statue, also called as "girl of peace", is a protest against a government
which does not apologize for the violation of human rights and ignore the history of oppression and cruelty against women.
The girls who were humiliated and violated under Japan's imperialism are still being neglected and abandoned.
Japan's blindness of its shameful history and its reluctance for acknowledging its crimes are the reasons for the need of this statue.
Please, don't remove the girl of peace
Let's make the oppressor of peace to officially admit and repay for their crimes.
