Intel, Google, Yahoo, and Ebay were all started by immigrants. Students here on Visas are earning Masters degrees and PhD's but then must take their American training back to countries we are competing against. If they have maintained a minimum 3.5 GPA, lived as a model citizen without any felony charges, and could provide a detailed plan of where they are going to work or start up a business and how they intend to create job opportunities for their fellow Americans we will provide them with citizenship. However, if they fail to stick to this plan their citizenship will be reviewed and if they attempt to disappear to work for less than minimum wage in underground job systems they will be deported. But lets at least give those who are trying a chance to share in the hope of living freedom
