Help African Wild Life population and ban the use of any cosmetics by any decling animal species even the Non-Endangered

Just as before Congress has helped with endangered wildlife and poaching but looking at the decline of wild animals in Africa this is an issue not just for the country and land its self but for the future of our country. It would be a shame if our future children could not experience these majestic creatures in their natural habitat. Also to improve hunting regulations to completely not target declining species and or species who have a high demand for their cosmetics and therapeutic use. And to Ban any forms of cosmetics acquired by declining species.
