Help all kids on a team play.

I would like to see children on sports teams played fairly. I had to sit and watch six girls get hardly any time on the volley ball court. These girls jumped thru all the hoops to play ball and tryouts to be put on the team. They went to all practices and games. Only the same people got to play. How can they get better if they don't play them. The coaches should be working that much harder to make sure all of the team is trained and ready. I went to the coach and athletic director and got nowhere. I know this happens at schools all over and I would like to see it stopped. I feel like this is a form of bulling by coaches. No wonder kids don't try out for sports only the local family names get to play.
