Help America protect it's children. Enact the Charles and Braden Powell Law.

Created by S.V. on February 13, 2012

Enact a law to protect America's children in three stages. First, by placing more consistent and firm policies on supervised visits. Dependant on the circumstance, such supervised visits should take place in a neutral location with safety measures in place, such as metal detectors. Secondly, for supervised visits that are allowed in a residential setting provide for more secure transportation and visits by having a more appropriate guardian who can safely supervise such visits such as off duty police officers. Finally, to include verbiage that says a 911 operator must ask if there is a minor child involved in the call and if there is, immediate response be dispatched.
