Most Americans feel that it is time for both houses of Congress to live like ordinary citizens. They feel that they should be restricted to no more than 2--4yr. terms and only then if they are re-elected. A president gets no more than 2 terms, so why are members of Congress entitled? They and their families will no longer receive a pension, they will pay into Social Security like everyone else, they and family members will not receive a free college education, they will pass no laws that they don't have to abide by, they cannot become lobbyists for 10 years after leaving office, they will not be able to increase their own pay.
