Whereas the education level of American youths have declined despite the encouraging that Saturday Cartoons and youth programming have an educational lesson; and, whereas youth violence has increased in severity during a time when cartoon violence has changed to imported "realistic" violence of lasers and physical confrontation in battle; and, whereas American animation is geared toward the lowest common denominator providing a choice of humour between depicting buffoon characters and body functions, or sexualized characters and political statements really intended for adult viewing; and whereas we have produced people without a sense of humour;
