What would be so wrong about using the millions sent to other countries to improve schools in the Ozark mountains? Or pay the health costs of poor grandmothers in New Orleans? Or weather affected farmers in Tennessee?
We aren't advocating no help to other countries, just a readjustment of priorities. Help Americans first. It is, after all, their money. Healthier, happier Americans will be better able to help other countries in a more sustainable way.
