Help Americans Keep The Jobs They Deserve.

I am a 51 yr old American women who has applied myself full force in the manufacturig workforce for 20+ yrs And recently became a victim of my job after over 4 yrs of dedication I was fired for no reasonable reason and replaced in an act of retaliation for reporting wrongful discrimination in the workplace I beleive that no one deserves to be thrown out of their job for standing up to the wrongful treatmemt of employees If you are qualified, obey their rules, do a good job the Company should be required to give you the same without question, and the embarrasement of walking you out and treating you like a prisoner especially when They are allowing much worse both behavior and performance from others They hold employees to certain standards and They too need to be required to uphold it.
