Help Americans before helping other countries. You as the government has been left with the role of making sure all Americans are taken care of and fed. There should be a passed rule or law that states we do not put money into other countries until the children and military are taken care of first the money it takes to fund another countries war or send them supplies add up to plenty to help children or military.
