we have had roosters/chickens for hundreds of years passed from generation to generation. then within the past 7 weeks the city passed a ordnance and said that it supper exceeds grandfather rights. we believe this is a violation of our rights. and is wrong. the city shouldn't be able to pass new accordance and have them supper exceed grandfather rights. they made us get rid of our roosters and told us we could only keep 6 . and that we have a year to comply.
