In the area Kosino-Ukhtomsky (Moscow,Russia) destructive (for existing urban ecological balance) construction works are being planned .These constructions threaten the eco catastrophy for the three relict lakes, four-hundred-year-old forest and a number of small rivers. Local residents opinion is ignored. Human rights are violated. Local people consider subhuman.
