Help assist separated parents achieve equal treatment by the courts regarding parenting time with their children.

I believe that the courts need to be more open to giving fair treatment to both parties in a child custody battle. Many times you will have a parent willing and eager to take full responsibility for their child but the courts still disregard them in favor of the other parent. The child support system needs to be fixed. There are a lot of people paying an unfair amount of money to the other parent. There is also a lot of people that do not receive a fair amount. The laws or regulations or statutes that determine the outcome of child custody battles (parenting time, 50/50 custody, etc,.) need to be reviewed and updated. Many parents that want time with their kids (that are considered "fit" to parent) are denied that because of biased reasons. I believe this is something that needs work.
