To create jobs; build a coast to coast water pipeline ! You would stop floods,also: droughts across the USA.The Egypians did it with the rise and fall of the Nile river...We have the resoucres and the man power !..It would help also to contain FIRES !...If we we can spend trillions on going to the moon to get rocks that we already have here on earth;..LOL ! We Americans can solve this simple problem..Remember KATRINA !!!!.. JUST A THOUGHT...WRBJR.
