There is a lot of physical and mental abuse, but teachers or aides of special needs children that can’t speak for themselves do not believe, putting cameras in the classroom will help prevent this abuse.
Cameras would not only serve as protection for our children, they would also serve as protection for teachers and aides against false accusations and retaliation from within their own districts. Cameras would serve as a wonderful training tool as well. Something needs to change before more children are hurt. There is no excuse for our children to return home with injuries and a note that does not make sense.
