90-95% of animals used in lab experiments are not protected from cruelty under the Animal Welfare Act. Some of these animals that are excluded are birds, laboratory rats, laboratory mice, farm animals, and cold-blooded animals. Help us try to get the act to expand to cover most or all animals used in cruel research experiments. Help us try to get the law changed where no animals are legally allowed to be harmed in laboratories again!
