HELP Change how Police can question our children even as a witness. This can be terrifying for a child who is scared.

The validity of police questioning can be questionable, especially the witness or suspect happens to be a minor. The law needs to be changed how police can talk to kids. By allowing parents/advocate to be present while questioning. Police should not be allowed to make threats and lie to minors to get them to say what the police what to hear. These are young minds and some are unable to handle the treatment by police. My daughter recorded her interview as a witness not the suspect. The police went after her for her weight...WHY? She is now traumatized and depressed over how she was treated as a witness. As parents we have no rights! Who is the ADVOCATE for the child to ensure the safety and are able to handle this type of treatment? Stand Up! Change This Law! KIDS KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!
