Help with Charter Communication with false advertising lack a customer service and not providing the service we pay

I would like Charter Communications held accountable for false advertising, they do not provide the service today show or talk about in their commercials, our cable has been installed for 8 months and most of that time our Internet has been out we have called their customer service over and over with no response. and then out more than once and I have not done anything to correct a problemcompany to get so large that they do not have to respect their customersis right We the People dam Charter Communications correct the problem are go out of business
