Help for children who can't help themselves

We need to help the children that are scared and bullied by parents and step parents that can't speak up. They are afraid and so many that have stood up end up beaten and killed. Please help these children so they can become upstanding citizens in this country rather than so many emotional problems and end up in our prison system as rapists and murderers among other things. These children deserve a chance. Our judges in cases involving divorce and separation need to take more time and really focus on what's in the best interest of our children rather than it being just another case before the next one in line. Our children are falling through the cracks and need our help. Some are even having to be without their mother's that are good citizens. This will help our country.
