help China Government to make the firmly policy on smoke control to guard all national people's health.

Every morning the tobacco acrid smoke wakes me up.It is well-known tht the tobacco harms to peaple's health ,especially to victim smoker.However China Government takes little action on smoke control policy because you can buy tobacco everywhere for everyone,even under the age of 18, and because the tobacco's cover is beautifull for luring you smoking. So In the connection whith China Gov's inaction on this,we the people,plead America Gov help China Gov take some messures to control tobacco smoking for gurading peole's health.
