Help college students and myself get the education they need without needing a co-signer for every single loan!!!

As a current student today in New Jersey, I have finally seen how bad our economy truly is. As I see our economy just get worse the cost of college just goes up. I myself and many others do not have credit and our families have poor credit. With this, no loans for our education. As for FAFSA, it does not cover all of our needs and books for our classes. Now what is our next step? The answer would be private loans, but to get private loans we as students would need a co-signer. Now this is where the problem comes in. We the students do not have credit and our families do not have worthy credit. How are we to pay for our education? I feel that we students should be eligible to receive loans without co-signers, and only students be responsible for paying the loans back, not our families.
