Every teenager has the right to go to college, but, many are unable to because of financial reasons. The government should help lower the increasing cost of college tuition as it does not seem that anyone else will.
Not every student is capable of receiving scholarships. Government loan is also an option though many have to pay off the loan which takes years to finish.
